Appointment for the Visa Application Centre

One appointment must include all the applicants who need to obtain a visa (including minor children and children included in a passport). Applicants without appointment will not be accepted at the Visa Application Centre: They must schedule the appointment for another date or submit the same day using our Prime Time service.

Please note that the appointment system allows you to create a single appointment for a maximum of eight participants of a trip. To do this, select “Family” and then select the number of applications.

Please note that the accompanying persons will be asked to wait outside the Visa Application Centre.

Attention: The appointment Booking Form must be filled with Latin alphabet only.

If you don’t get to the Visa Application Centre at the appointed time, you will have to schedule a new appointment for another day. We encourage you to arrive not earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

Please print the confirmation letter that you will receive in your email address and bring it with you when you go to the Visa application Centre for your visa application.

Important Note:

Applicants are required to recheck all the details of passport (Name, passport number, Date of Birth, passport issue date, passport expiry date) before confirming appointment. The details cannot be modified once saved and you may have to cancel appointment if the details are incorrect.
