Travel Insurance is mandatory for travelling to Spain. You may get your travel insurance from any authorized Insurance company or click here to get it now.

Please make sure that all necessary documents are in the submission package. In case of absence or errors, applicants will be required to re-register for another day as per available slots. If required, applicants can avail themselves of Prime Time service.

We recommend utilizing additional services such as making of photocopies, printing, and photos those provided by BLS in order to avoid unnecessary errors when submitting the documents. These are available within our premises.

As from 2022 the European Union has suspended the Visa Facilitation Agreement between the EU and the Russian Federation. This means that the visa fee was increased from 35 to 80 euros for all applicants. The standard deadline for EU Consulates to take a decision may be extended up to 45 days; Applicants do no longer enjoy easy access to visas valid for multiple entries to the Schengen area; applicants have to submit the full list of documentary evidence when applying for a visa and visas are issued on the less generous rules of the Visa Code

“St. Petersburg Applicants

Applicants can now also walk-in to Spain Visa application in St. Petersburg, Russia from 9 am till 2 pm between Monday till Friday (except holidays) for submission of their Spain visa application.

Important - Applicants with prior appointment will be attended before walk-in applicants.”

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

No travel agencies or tour operators are currently accredited by the Consulate of Spain in San Petersburg for submitting visa applications on behalf of the applicants.

AS A CONSEQUENCE OF THE COMPLETE SUSPENSION OF THE VISA FACILITATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY AND THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, BY COUNCIL DECISION (EU) 2022/1500 OF SEPTEMBER 9, 2022:

- AS OF SEPTEMBER 12, 2022 THE FEE FOR APPLICATIONS FOR TYPE C VISAS FOR RUSSIAN NATIONALS WILL BE 80 EUROS (FOR CHILDREN BETWEEN 6 AND 12 YEARS OF AGE WILL BE 40 EUROS).

- THE PERIOD FOR RESOLUTION OF VISAS MAY BE UP TO 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE APPLICATION AT THE CONSULATE GENERAL OF SPAIN.

LLC «BLS International Services» carries out its activity of collecting Visa Applications EXCUSIVELY within the premises of the Visa Application Centers. All the additional Value-Added Services are also provided within the Visa Application Centers.

BLS Employee must provide receipt for all the services availed and paid at BLS Spain Visa Application Centre. Please write to feedback.rcis@blsinternational.net if you have not received receipt for any payments made in the Spain Visa Application Centre.
