During the New Year holidays, only the Spanish Visa Application Centre in Moscow will accept and issue documents on 02nd, 03rd and 08th January. Regional Spanish Visa Application Centres will be closed from 01st to 08th January inclusive.
Please note that visa processing may take up to 45 days.
From October 1st, 2024, all applicants over 18 years old are required to provide:
An extract from the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation on work experience over the past 10 years (Information on work experience provided from the information resources of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation). The document must be signed with a digital or "live" signature.
Unemployed applicants - A document confirming the applicant's ties to Russia (for example, a certificate confirming an act of civil status, property ownership rights, or other).
Please make sure that all necessary documents are in the submission package. In case of absence or errors, applicants will be required to take re-appointment for another day as per available slots. If required, applicants can avail themselves of the Value Added Services in the Visa Application Center.
We recommend utilizing additional services such as making of photocopies, printing, and photos those provided by BLS in order to avoid unnecessary errors when submitting the documents. These are available within our premises.

If you already have an appointment and would like to book for a new date, please cancel the existing one through our website, and then proceed to make the new booking.
EU family members have the right to go directly to the Consulate/Embassy to manage their visa application with prior appointment.
Submission of documents to the Spanish visa application center is possible only with personal attendance. Beware of scammers offering submission services without a personal attendance at the BLS Spain Visa Application Center.
Every applicant over 12 years old applying for a visa is required to submit biometric data in person at the Spanish Visa Application Centre, regardless of the period of previously submitted biometric data. Exceptions are applications for minor children who at the time of the trip will not be 12 years old.

We inform all the applicants to be careful with other unauthorized websites (example – www.blsspain-visa.ru) running in the similar name and style of BLS or SPAIN VISA APPLICATION CENTRES, and also with some agencies and offices that appear to offer Spain Visa Application services, preparing applications with false documentation. We hereby inform to all applicants that applications coming from such agencies or intermediaries will not be accepted at any of our Visa Application Centers.

BLS Employee must provide receipt for all the services availed and paid at BLS Spain Visa Application Centre. Please write to feedback.rcis@blsinternational.net if you have not received receipt for any payments made in the Spain Visa Application Centre.
